With its 25 rooms, Le Donjon - Domaine Saint-Clair welcomes you to the heights of Étretat. In this green setting overlooking the cliffs, the seasons are magnified by a unique landscape of changing light. Just a stone’s throw from the cliffs, between sea and countryside, everything has been designed and thought out to make you feel at home. The charm of this manor house is matched by its family atmosphere. Under a vast glass roof, the patio offers warm intimacy, with a cocktail bar, library, comfortable sofas or a cosy private lounge with an open fire in the hearth. The heated outdoor swimming pool and terrace offer additional space for outdoor relaxation, as do the rooftop "La Canopée" with its Jacuzzi on the Donjon tower and the sauna in the heart of the gardens. The Michelin-starred ‘Le Donjon’ restaurant offers passionate, creative cuisine that promises new culinary emotions, while retaining the same love of sustainable, responsible gastronomy. The ‘Racines’ restaurant offers the culinary universe of our chef David Senda Waguena and his talented team-mate and pastry chef Hissein Mahamoud, who draw their inspiration from the sub-Saharan and Mediterranean regions.
