Ludovic Poyau wanted each of the 7 rooms to reflect the authentic soul of the place. Comfortable and bright, they open onto a courtyard, a flower-filled garden or a terrace. The chef, who has been awarded two “toques” by Gault et Millau, extends the bucolic discovery with recipes based on regional products and spices, accompanied by a Loire wine list. You can enjoy them by the fireplace in the dining room or on the terrace. You can also explore the region by bike or on foot. A horse-riding center is located a dozen kilometers away.
