12 kilometers from Périgueux in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region of France, Château de Lalande is nestled in 3 hectares of verdant parkland. This hotel-restaurant welcomes you to a magnificent building dating back to the 18th century. Catherine Staebell has succeeded in harmonizing the authentic charm of the premises with the amenities of contemporary functionality. The gourmet restaurant’s kitchens are in the hands of chef Yves Staebell, who is a master at adapting Périgord terroir cuisine to which he adds his own creative touch, awarded a toque by Gault et Millau. The outdoor swimming pool and the large park are pleasant places to relax, before getting on a bike to explore the surrounding countryside.
