In Troyes en Champagne, the La Maison de Rhodes – Le Champ des Oiseaux hotels and SPA are housed in authentic medieval houses surrounded by a pleasant flower garden. The owners have successfully blended the architectural charm of these buildings with modern comforts, creating a subtle blend that makes for a delightful stay in beautiful surroundings.

An outdoor swimming pool, a sauna and a massage room allow you to take full advantage of quiet moments on site. Bicycles are available for exploring the surrounding countryside.

  • Foie gras maison : Tranches de foie gras mi-cuit à l’armagnac et au poivre, confiture de figues artisanale, fleur de sel et pain de campagne biologique toasté.
  • Saumon écossais de la Maison Masse (Paris): Tranches fines de saumon, crème fraiche fermière, beurre ½ Sel et citron biologique, pain de campagne biologique toasté.
  • Fromages affinés de la fromagerie des halles : chaource, Champs-sur-Marne, Langres, chèvre cendré, camembert, fourme d’Ambert et tome de Savoie. Une petite salade aux noix, beurre ½ sel et pain de campagne biologique.
