Jean-Marie Visilit has succeeded in modernizing it while preserving its soul, making this 29-room hotel-restaurant the perfect place to recharge your batteries.
Jean-Marie is also present in the kitchen. Awarded a toque by Gault et Millau, the chef uses produce from the kitchen garden and local Lorraine produce to create invariably tasty recipes.
