In questo castello, le cui fondamenta risalgono al XIII secolo, 19 camere offrono ogni comfort in linea con lo spirito del luogo. Cécile Cariou si preoccupa di garantire il benessere dei suoi ospiti, con boschi, giardini, una piscina riscaldata nella bella stagione e un orto. Lo chef Arnaud Philippon elabora sapienti ricette utilizzando prodotti di stagione per estrarre i sapori più nascosti. Le sue abilità culinarie e la sua filosofia gli sono valse una stella Michelin e due toques nella guida Gault et Millau.

Le sejour a ete parfait d’un bout a l’autre. Le lieu etait magnifique, reposant et agreable. Le personnel a l’ecoute. Nous avons mange le meilleur homar que nous n’ayons jamais dégusté.
