Lo Château d’Étoges è un notevole edificio protetto risalente all’inizio del XVII secolo nella regione dello Champagne, nella Francia orientale. Questo hotel-ristorante offre una parentesi senza tempo, una promessa di assoluto relax. L’arredamento delle camere combina perfettamente il comfort moderno con l’anima inconfondibile del luogo.

È nella piacevole cornice dell’aranciera che lo chef Anthony Thibaut rivela il suo talento, premiato con una stella Michelin e una targa di Gault et Millau. Traendo ispirazione dai prodotti del territorio, che mescola con quelli del suo orto, i risultati sono sempre all’altezza delle aspettative.

Tra le passeggiate nel parco di 20 ettari, la sauna, l’hammam, la vasca idromassaggio e i massaggi, non potrai fare a meno di rilassarti.
