En Champagne, dans le Grand-Est, le Château d’Étoges est un remarquable édifice classé monument historique, qui date du début du XVIIe siècle. Cet hôtel-restaurant offre une parenthèse intemporelle, promesse tenue d’un séjour de détente absolue. L’ameublement des chambres allie parfaitement le confort moderne et l’âme incontournable des lieux.

C’est dans l’agréable cadre de l’orangerie que le chef Anthony Thibaut dévoile son talent récompensé d’une assiette au Michelin et d’une toque au Gault et Millau. S’inspirant des produits du terroir qu’il mixe avec la production du potager, le résultat est toujours à la hauteur des attentes.

Entre les promenades dans le parc de 20 hectares, le sauna, le hammam, le bain bouillonnant et le massage, on ne peut que se relaxer.
